Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your reservation, we require valid credit or debit card details. Your card will only be charged if you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend your reservation. In these cases, a £15.00 per person cancellation/no-show fee will apply.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us by email at Yann@theoak-curthwaite.co.uk at least 24 hours before your reservation.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we have not heard from you, we may release your table, and the £15.00 per person no-show fee may still apply.

If you or any of your guests have allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know in advance. Our kitchen takes every reasonable precaution, but we do handle all major allergens and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Our dining tables are reserved for guests enjoying a meal. If you wish to visit for drinks only, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

For bookings of 10 guests or more, please email Yann@theoak-curthwaite.co.uk and our team will be happy to assist with your reservation.
